This policy applies to the use of websites (“Sites”) and services (“Services”) that are under the control of On Tap Education. This includes Sites and Services that On Tap Education controls under the trading name Supply Teachers On Tap.

On Tap Education does not accept responsibility or liability for the privacy policies, terms and conditions, practices or content of other websites that you choose to link to from our Sites. Information We Collect

We automatically collect information about your visits to our Sites. This includes demographic data and information on browsing patterns. It is statistical data and does not identify any individual. We use this information to help analyse and audit usage of our Site, manage our relationship with our partners and advertisers, improve our services, troubleshoot problems, develop marketing strategies, prevent fraud and create a positive user experience.

    1. If you make your CV/Resume or user profile visible, all parties with access to our CV/Resume or user profile database will have access to your information.
    2. If you apply for a job, provide your contact information to show interest in a job or reply to a message from a registered employer, you consent to the disclosure of your information to that employer.

You should be aware that whilst On Tap Education has measures in place to try and safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access or inappropriate use, On Tap Education does not verify the identity or nature of business of third parties who have registered on our site as employers in order to process job vacancies and applications. Some of these third parties may be located outside the European Economic Area. On Tap Education cannot control the use, retention or privacy of your personal information by these third parties and is not responsible for their use of your personal data.


Security and Storage of your Personal Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously and have appropriate measures in place to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. You may access, review, correct, update or delete your CV/Resume, profile or account any time by signing into your account.   When you delete your account, we will retain the records of any job applications or jobs posted on our site. We will also retain an archival copy of your information which is not accessible by you or third parties on the internet.

In some circumstances we may be required to use, share or transfer your personal information in other ways. When this is relevant we will contact you through the email address you provided about this additional use of your personal information.


Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. If we change this privacy policy, the updated privacy policy will be posted on our site and notification of the last date of change will be placed at the bottom. Your continued use of our services and our site shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised privacy policy.
