On Tap Education provides users with access to various services and resources, including online recruitment, employment and education information services through its Websites. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features of the Services will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Our online recruitment and employment services are only available upon the completion of the registration section of the Website, including confirmation that the relevant Terms and Conditions have been read and accepted.

You may terminate your Contract by ceasing all use of the Services and Website and, in the event you chose to register with us, by deleting your User profile. Please refer to the Website for further information about how you may delete your User profile.
In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and On Tap Education shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and On Tap Education and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
